As Project Manager of Operations, Nathan Hollingsworth plays a critical role in keeping our work moving forward with precision and accountability. Below, Nathan shares his perspective on his career journey and role at EPS in his own words.
As Project Manager of Operations at Energy Path Solutions, I bring eight years of experience in local government, with a strong foundation in codes administration, land development, design review, and project administration. My background gives me a practical understanding of regulatory processes and project coordination, allowing me to help guide projects efficiently from concept to completion. I’m passionate about creating clear pathways through complex processes and supporting both our team and our clients every step of the way.
During my time in public service, I earned dual bachelor’s degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and later completed my Master’s degree at Liberty University. My education and professional experience have shaped a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach to operations and project management.
A Tennessee native, I grew up just outside of Nashville in Old Hickory and now call Spring Hill home. Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer, a dedicated vinyl record collector, and the proud caretaker of a classic 1955 Oldsmobile 88. I value craftsmanship, history, and continuous improvement – both professionally and personally.
